摘要
我国旅游饭店业员工流失频率增加,如何留住人才是饭店业必须考虑的问题。本文从我国旅游饭店业员工流失产生的积极和消极等两方面的影响,进而提出了饭店业员工流失的管理与控制方法。
Because the high frequency loss of staffs of our restaurants, it is the important question that how to keep on the talented persons. The essay puts forward the management and the method of control from two sides to above phenomenon, the first one is positive factor, the other one is negative factor.
