探讨推算操作票的原理和方法，即利用计算机，根据给定的初始状态和目标状态推算出应该进行的操作和这些操作的顺序的算法。
This paper describes the principle and method for calculating the operating items and operating sequence in a switching operation process. according to the given initial state and objective state of the circuit to be operated.
