摘要
以长链醇和苯酚为原料,Al2O3-AlCl3为复合催化剂,合成了系列长链烷基酚。研究了酚醇比、反应温度、反应时间、三氧化二铝用量及复合催化剂用量等因素对烷基酚产率的影响。反应最佳酚醇比为1.2,AlCl3-Al2O3物质的量比为4,反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量均随烷基链的增长略有增加。
The long chain alkylphenols were synthesized by using long chain alcohols and phenol as reactants and Al2O3-AlCl3 as catalyst. The influence factors to the alkylphenols yield such us phenol to alcohol mole ratio, reaction time, reaction temperature, Al2O3 dosage and composite catalyst dosage were investigated. The results show that the optimum mole ratio for phenol to alcohol is 1.2,and for AlCl3 to Al2O3 is 4. Besides, the reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyst dosage should be increased slightly as the alkyl chain carbon number increase.
