摘要
论述了如何将电网调度自动化系统的计算机、水电厂监控系统的计算机和水轮发电机组调速器的微机等发电过程控制计算机有机地联系起来，形成一个完整的数控体系，以实现目标控制，从而大幅度提高电网ＡＧＣ的调节品质。
This paper expounds how to utilize the computers of the dispatching automation system. the supervisory control system for the hydropower station and the govertor for the hydraulic turbine-generator sets to form an integrated numerical control system for AGC control. so as to improve the regulating quality.
