摘要
本文阐述了市政道路工程质量难以控制的原因,提出要从规范业主行为,加强设计质量管理,加强监理单位的科学监理等方面入手,切实保证市政道路工程的施工质量。
The article describes the reasons difficult to control the engineering quality of the municipal roads, and puts forward the requirements in the aspects of regulating the owners＇ action, strengtherring the management of the design quality and reinforcing the scientific supervision of the supervising units so as practically to guarantee the engineering construction quality of the municipal roads.
