库欣综合征并发心理障碍调查研究

Investigation and Research of Cushing's Syndrome with Psychological Disorder

目的探讨库欣综合征患者心理障碍各因子的发病率及对策。方法采用《症状自评量表SCL-90》作为心理问题的测试工具对62例库欣综合症患者进行调查。结果本组患者心理障碍发生率为67.7%,本文调查亦显示,患者在易激动、冲动、烦躁、失眠、过分担忧、恐惧、头痛、腰痛等项目的普遍性及单项得分较高,护理人员针对不同患者采用护理措施得当。结论经过我科医护人员的共同努力,根据患者存在不同的心理问题,制定严格的护理计划,采取恰当的措施,使患者的心理障碍得到逐步改善,无发生任何意外事件。

Objective To investigate the morbidty of psychological disorders of patients with Cushing＇s syndrome and research nursing strategies. Methods Symptom Check - List, SCL - 90 was adopted as testing tools to explore the psychological problems of 62 patients with Cushing＇s syndrome. Results The morbidity of psychological disorders of the patients in this group is 67.7%. Investigation also indicated that it was very common that the patients showed symptoms of agitation, restlessness, insomnia, excessive worries, phobia, headache, and so on, and the scores were high in single items. Nursing staffs should take appropriate nursing measures for different patients. Conclusion With the common efforts of the medical staffs in my department, we make careful and considerate nursing plans and take different nursing measures according to patients specific psychological problems , gradually improving their conditions . No nursing accident has ever happened.
