阿托伐他汀治疗高血压患者动脉粥样硬化

Chinical Study of Effect of Atorvastatin on Atherosclerosis of Patients with Hypertension

目的研究阿托伐他汀对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响。方法用阿托伐他汀10mg每日一次口服,服药前后做颈动脉超声检查记录斑块体积和性质、C反应蛋白(C-reactive prote in,CRP)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)的变化。结果治疗6个月后,患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块厚度明显减少,TC、TG、CRP均明显下降,与对照组相比,有显著统计学差异。结论抗高血压联合阿托伐他汀调脂治疗对高血压病患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块有稳定作用。

Objective To study the influence of atorvastatin on the atherosclerosis plaque of carotid artery. Methods Eighty - two patients were treated with 10mg atovastatin one time per day for 6 months. The atherosclerosis plaque volume and character of carotid artery were measured before and after treatment in all patients with Doppler uhrasonograph. The levels of C -reactive protein （CRP） , total cholesterol （ TC ）, triglyeeride （ TG）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL - C ） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL - C） were also assayed at the onset and the end of the study. Results After 6 months administration of atovastatin, the thickness of the atheroselerosis plaque of carotid artery reduced significantly,the levels of TC,TG and CRP were all reduced. Comparing with the control group, the differences were significant statisticaly. Conclusion The treatment of atorvastatin modulating blood lipid combined with antihypertension can stabilize the plaque of carotid artery of patients with hypertension.
