孕产妇健康与自愿婚前保健政策关系的回顾性研究

Retrospective Study on the Correlation Between Health Status of Pregnant Women and Voluntary Premarital Care in a City.

目的:研究实施自愿婚前保健政策对妇女健康和保健工作的影响。方法:对某市4家医疗保健机构产褥期妇女回顾性问卷调查,调查时间为1个月。结果:未婚检组产妇孕期疾病发病率为19.5%,高于婚检组的11.3%,差别具有统计学意义;Logistic模型回归分析结果显示,婚检对孕期是否发病无明显影响;婚检组产前检查率为99.7%,高于未婚检组的96.4%,差别有统计学意义;Logistic模型回归分析结果显示,是否婚检在产前检查次数和初次产前检查时间上差别有统计学意义。结论:自愿婚前保健政策对孕期保健工作产生负面影响,但统计学上还没有足够证据证明是孕期疾病发生的影响因素。

Objective： To study the impact to women＇s health status and health care under the policy of voluntary premarital care. Methods： Retrospective questionnaire survey was conducted for all postpartum women at four hospitals in a city, lasting one month. Results： Significant difference of the incidence of pregnant women was found between the group of premarital care and the group without premarital care （ 19. 5 % vs. 11. 3 % ）, however, the result of Logistic regression shows no significant difference between two groups. Significant difference of the frequency of attending antenatal care and the first time of antenatal care between two groups exist, and the result of Logistic regression shows correlation between premarital care and the frequency and the first time of antenatal care. Conclusion： The policy of voluntary for premarital care brings a negative impact to women antenatal care, but in statistics , we have insufficient evidences to link pregnant diseases with premarital care.
