摘要
目的:探讨在胎儿缺氧时,应用多普勒超声诊断技术采集胎儿中央动脉与周围动脉血流参数,从中找寻其变化规律.方法:对我院2004年1月~2005年8月经产科临床诊断标准明确诊断的胎儿宫内窘迫病例组30人,经产科临床排除胎儿窘迫的正常对照组30人的临床资料及超声血流参数数值进行回顾性分析、总结.结果:胎儿宫内窘迫,反映在大脑中动脉与肾动脉两者的比值上,更能说明胎儿血流重新分配的情况,间接反映IUGR的严重程度.结论:多普勒超声对胎儿大脑中动脉与肾动脉血流参数的测定,可为产科临床诊断和对症治疗胎儿缺氧提供1个客观的、较定量的指标.
Objective: Inquiry at embryo anoxia, use the diagnosis technique called Doppler Echocardiography collects the central artery in embryo and circumferenee artery blood parameter, from search its variety regulation inside. Methods: From January to August of 2004 in our hospital, 30 people through the Fetal distress ease in inside in temple in clear and definite and diagnostic embryo in standard in clinical diagnosis in obstetrics, was proceeded by clinical data and blood data through Doppler Echocardiography of a 30 people in Fetal distress and normal matched control in embryo in clinical exclusion in obstetrics review analysis, summary. Results: The embryo temple inside is Fetal distress, reflect in brain artery and Renal Artery (RA) both of the specific value is last, can also explain the circumstance that embryo blood reallocate, the indirectly reflects the IUGR serious degree. Conclusion: Doppler Echocardiography as a measurement to embryo Middle Cerebral Artery (MCA) and Renal Artery blood parameter, can for clinical diagnosis in obstetrics with cure to the embryo anoxia pro- vide an objective and quantitative index sign.
