摘要 准噶尔盆地江汉承钻区块地层压力复杂,侏罗系地层广泛分布着较厚的煤层,钻进过程中出现煤岩坍塌、井漏、煤层气侵等问题,极大的影响了钻井过程的进行。为了减少钻井复杂问题的发生,提高钻井速度,在调研了国内外煤层钻井的现场经验和资料的基础上,结合准噶尔盆地中部实钻的董3井,董110井,永2井和永6井钻遇煤层钻井过程中产生的复杂问题,优选了煤层钻井的一系列措施并且在现场得到较好的效果。 The section in Zungeer basin which are undertaken by JiangHan Oilfield has complicated formation pressure, the stratum of Jurassic System has wide range of thick coal seam, so during the process of drilling, it occurs many problems including sloughing of ingredient, circulation loss and gas invasion, which affect the continuing of drilling ,in order to avoid these problems and increase the drilling speed, on the basis of the on-site experience and materials of coal seam drilling at home and abroad, combined with the problems that occur in Tortg 3,Tong 110,Yong 2 and the Yong 6, which drilled in the middle section of Zungeer basin, we picked out a series of measures that applied to Coal seam drilling, which had well effect in the on-site oilfield.
