借鉴国外经验 发展我国高等职业教育

Develop Higher Vocational Education in Our Country Using the Experience of Other Countries for Reference

通过对国外高等职业教育成功办学经验的分析比较,根据我国高等职业教育发展的现状,提出其战略调整,即高素质的培养目标、多层次的培养规格、终身化的教育体系及多元化的人才培养模式,并据此提出了我国高等职业教育发展的应变策略。

By analyzing and comparing the experiences of other countries＇ running a school in higher vocational education, according to the present situation of our country, the paper put forward the strategic adjustment, i. e. the high-qualified nurturing goals, multilevel nurturing standard, life long educational system and varied talent nurturing mode, and the it gave out the contingency measures to the development of higher vocational education in our country.
