在社会主义新农村建设的过程中,必须有它的外部支撑,这就是城市的反哺。也就是通常讲得“工业反哺农业,城市支持农村”。如何适应我国工业化发展阶段和政策趋向的变化,如何按照工业反哺农业,城市支持农村的观念来调控经济的运行,这对于新农村建设具有极其重要的作用。
