摘要
目的:建立大鼠免疫损伤性肝纤维化的实验模型,研究中药复方肝纤愈(GXY)对肝纤维化模型动物肝功能指标及肝组织病理学的影响。方法:在以人血白蛋白(HSA)诱导的免疫损伤性肝纤维化大鼠模型基础上,GXY小剂量(6.1g/kg)、大剂量(12.2g/kg)灌胃给药,连续8周,以鳖甲软肝片和秋水仙碱为阳性对照药。测定大鼠血清中ALT、AST、TP、Alb含量;光镜、电镜观察肝组织病理学改变。结果:GXY(大)组可明显降低HSA诱导免疫性肝纤维化大鼠模型血清中ALT、AST的含量,升高Alb的含量,同时可改善实验大鼠生存质量,且可显著改善肝组织病理学。结论:GXY具有明显的抗肝纤维化作用。
Objective: To establish the rat model with immunity liver fibrosis and study the effect of composite herbal medicines of Ganxianyu (GXY) on the levels of serum ALT、AST、TP,Alb, and the effect of histopathology in liver. Method: The rat models with immunity liver fibrosis were induced by the human serum Albumin, GXY were taken by gastric infusion respectively as small and large dosage group (6.1 g/kg and 12.2 g/kg) in consecutive 8 weeks. Biejia Ruangan Tablet or colchicines were taken as positive contrast drug. The levels of serum ALT、 AST、TP、Alb were detected. The effect of histopathology in liver was observed, by optical microscope and electron microscope. Result: GXY could depress the serum levels of ALT,AST, and increase the serum levels of Alb in rat models with immunity liver fibrosis induced by the human serum Albumin in large dosage groups. At the same time, it improved the survival state of experimental rats. Conclusion: GXY could treat liver fibrosis in rat models with immunity liver fibrosis induced by the human serum Albumin.
