安中解毒颗粒质量标准的研究

Study on the Quality Control Standard for Anzhong Jiedu Granules

目的:建立安中解毒颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别安中解毒颗粒中金银花、板蓝根和连翘3味中药;采用高效液相色谱法测定安中解毒颗粒中绿原酸的含量。结果:金银花、板蓝根、连翘能被很好地鉴别;绿原酸的线性范围为0.47～2.35mg(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.86%,RSD为1.29%(n=5)。结论:此方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective： To establish the quality control standard for Anzhong Jiedu granules. Method： Flos Lonicerae, Radix Isatidis and Fructus Forsythiae in Anzhong Jiedu granules were identified by TLC method. The content of chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC. Result： The Flos Lonicerae, Radix Isatidis and Fructus For- sythiae in Anzhong Jiedu granules could be identified by TLC, the linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.47 -2.35 mg（r =0.999 9）. The average recovery was 98.86% and RSD = 1.29% （n =5）. Conclusion： This method is simple and accurate, and available for the quanlity control of that preparation.
