中国制造业外商直接投资技术溢出机制的重新检验被引量：24

摘要外资技术溢出已成为经济研究的一个热点,国内外已有的实证研究主要集中于分析行业内技术溢出机制,忽略了行业间垂直联系的溢出效应,同时没有将非线性技术溢出机制纳入检验模型。对此,本文对中国制造业24个行业的FDI技术溢出效应做出新的检验。为克服产出方程中的内生性和行业间异方差,文章采用差分方程和针对动态面板数据的系统GMM估计法。实证结果表明1、水平联系的溢出效应呈U型“门槛效应”;2、后向联系的溢出效应明显;3、国内企业的研发投入对其生产力提高和外资技术溢出没有明显的正向作用。
