摘要
基于在碱性介质中,Cr^3+-罗丹明B—H2O2的化学发光。建立了流动注射化学发光测定废水中微量Cr^3+的方法。该法的线性范围为2.5×10^-4-1.0×10^-2g·mL^-1,方法的检出限为5×10^-5g·mL^-1。11次平行测定Cr^3+的相对标准偏差为2.2%。
Based on the Cr^3+ - RDB- H2O2 - OH- chemiluminescence system, a method for determination of trace Cr^3+ in water was developed.Under optimal conditions,the linear range for determination of Cr^3+ was 2.5×10^-4-1.0×10^-2g·mL^-1, The detection limit was 5×10^-5g·mL^-1, The relative standard deviations for 1.0×10^-3g·mL^-1 Cr^3+ (n = 11) was 2.2%.
