摘要
以丙烯酸为单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,水为溶剂,采用溶液聚合方法合成了低相对分子质量(550-2000)的聚丙烯酸钠(PAANa),并研究了聚丙烯酸钠在ZrO2料浆(70(wt)%)系统中的分散性能。结果表明:相对分子质量为550—2000的PAANa有很好的稀释作用,尤其分子量为550时稀释作用最好;加入聚丙烯酸钠后料浆触变性较小。
Solution polymerization were applied and low relative molecular weight poly- acrylic acid sodium(550 - 2000) was produced with acrylic acid as monomer, ammonium persulfate as initiator and water as solvent. The dispersion performance of PAANa in ZrO2 slurry (70(wt)%) was studied.The result showed that PAANa(550 - 2000) had better diluted effect when the addition of PAANa was 0.2(wt)% - 0.3(wt)%. The addition of PAANa had little influence on the thixotrophy of the slurry.
