摘要
太极拳是中华民族的传统文化遗产,是古代中国哲学思想在武术运动中的自然反映,它的产生和发展与朴素的哲学理念有着千丝万缕的联系,其核心的哲学内容对当今的文化活动仍产生着积极的影响.
Taijiquan is cultural heritage of Chinese nation and the natural reflection of ancient Chinese Philosophical thought in Wushu. Its appearance and development have much to do with the homespun philosophical concept. Its core philosophical contents still have positive effects on today＇s cultural activities.
