回顾湖南电网安全稳定运行15周年,指出确保电网稳定运行必须抓住的六个环节。重点论述加强网架建设,加强继电保护及安全自动装置、电力系统通信、调度自动化“三大支柱”建设,加强调度专业管理对电网稳定运行的意义和作用,总结了湖南电网稳定运行15年来调度工作发展的经验。

This paper reviews and summs up the experiences and lessons of the safe and stable operation maintaining 15 consecutive years was main in Hunan power network. It point out that the keys to ensure the sacurity for the power network lie in strenthening construction of the network frame, strengthening construction of three columns of relay protection and safety automation devices, communication system and dispatch antomation system. The dispatch speciality management is also important for guarantee of the network sacurity.
