类风湿关节炎伴有抑郁症状的中药治疗

Traditional Chinese medicine for depression in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

目的使用中药治疗类风湿关节炎伴有的抑郁症状,观察抑郁症状的改善对类风湿关节炎患者的生命质量及疼痛、晨僵、肿胀等影响。方法将60例伴有抑郁症状的RA患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。使用抑郁自评量表(SDS),健康评估(HAQ)及疼痛、晨僵、肿胀等临床指标进行前后疗效的评定。结果治疗3个月后,治疗组在SDS评分,HAQ等方面的改善优于对照组。结论抑郁症状的改善能更好的改善RA患者的生活质量及临床症状。提示应注意RA患者的心理因素对病情的影响并给予适当的治疗。

Objective： To observe the effect of life quality,pain,morning stiffness,tumidity and other clinical symptoms in patients with rheumatoid arthritis （RA） treating depression by TCM. Methods： 60 RA subjects with depression were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. To evaluate the difference between pretherapy and post - treatment scales in SDS, HAQ, pain, morning stiffness, tumidity, etc. Results：After being treatde for 3 months,the treat group got better improverments in the SDS, HAQ and other clinical symptoms than those of the control group. Conclusion： The clinical symptoms of patients with rheumatoid arthritis would be better improved by treating depression. The conclusion suggest that we should pay attention to psychologic factor of RA patient and give adequate treatment.
