摘要 目的探讨散打实战中运动员血清睾酮(T)动态变化规律,为散打运动员选材、控制训练强度、了解运动员机能状态和预测比赛成绩提供方法和依据。方法通过数学分析法,建立散打实战中血清睾酮变化规律的数学模型,检测6名散打运动员在实战状态下的T值,对该模型作进一步鉴定分析。结果散打实战中运动员T随时间变化规律可用指数函数方程G(t)=k/a+(M-k/a)e-at进行描述;实际检测数据与理论数据相当吻合。结论本数学模型较好地反映了散打实战过程中T的动态变化规律,可以用于评定散打运动员身体机能状态、选材、控制训练强度和预测比赛成绩。 Objective To investigate the changes of serum testosterone in Sanda athlete, for offering to supervising and training in Sanda athlete. Methods Mathematic analysis was used to design the mathematical model of serum testosterone changes in Sanda rivalry. Serum testosterone was examined real time of rivalry in six athletes. Identification of the mathematical model was done. Results The regularity of serum testosterone was described with exponential equation: G (t) = k/a + ( M - k/a) e^-at. The real time datas of serum testosterone in rivalry were consistent with theoretical datas. Conclusion The model contributes to describe the serum testosterone dynamic regularity in Sanda rivalry. It is valuable to assess the status of athletes, selection of athletes, intensity of exercise, and predicting the result of rivalry as well.
