去松果体对老年大鼠脑神经元脂褐素含量的影响

摘要 目的探讨摘除松果体对老年大鼠海马、斜角带神经元脂褐素含量的影响。方法摘除老年大鼠松果体后22天观察其海马CA1区、斜角带垂直支神经元脂褐素含量的变化。结果去松果体后大鼠斜角带垂直支神经元的脂褐素含量明显增多,海马CA1区神经元的脂褐素含量无明显变化。结论松果体对老年大鼠脑神经元具有一定的保护用。 Objective To explore the effect of pinealectomy on content of cerebral neurotic lipofuscin in aged rats. Methods Twenty aged Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups: sham operation group and pinealectomy group. The rats were routine poured after survival for 22 days after the operation, then after paraffin section the content of lipofuscin in the hippocampus CA1 and the diagonal band cells were measured by Leica image analysis system. Result The content of lipofuscin in the diagonal band cell of the pinealectomy group was higher than the sham operation group. Conclusion The pinus is beneficial to the cerebral neuron in aged rat.
