摘要
分析了吉林热电厂两台200MW机组送风调节系统一直未能投入自动的原因,通过采取改进氧量信号回路,重新设计单回路调节程序、投入吸风自动等措施,将送风系统投入自动,使尾部烟道氧量变化范围由手动操作时的6.0%~8.5%减小到给定值的±0.5%,较好地满足了运行要求。
The causes of not putting forced draft control automation for two 200MW sets into operation before are analyzed. Now the forced draft system automation is brought into service by improving input oxygen volume signal circuit, redesigning single loop control program and throwing induced draft automation into work.thus the change range for oxygen volume in tail part of gas duct is reduced from 6. 0%~8. 5% in hand operation to ?. 5% of given value and satisfied for operational requirments quite well.
