Making Great Efforts to Accelerate the Development of Pasture-livestock Industry by Popularizing ISPS in Qinglong County

为加快农民脱贫致富步伐,晴隆县委、县政府在深化县情认识的基础上,决定把草地畜牧业作为农业和农村产业结构调整的重点,作为农民增收的重头来抓。晴隆县在草地畜牧业发展中,通过切实加强领导、政府办示范、依靠科技进步促发展、大力培育和扶持龙头企业的发展、多渠道筹集资金、抓好技术服务网络建设等做法,选准了一条适合晴隆县草地畜牧业发展的路子,取得了可喜的成绩。

In order to quicken the step of shaking off poverty and building up a fortune for farmers, the Qinglong County Party Committee and the Qinglong County Government, based on further deepening the cognition of the conditions of the county, have decided to take the pasture-livestock industry as the key content in industrial re,structuring and as the main channel for income increase for farmers. This paper mainly introduces the suitable ways for the developmenl of pasture-livestock industry in Qinglong County. The encouraging achievements have been made by earnestly strengthening the leadership, the government＇s demonstration, relying on the scientific and technological progress to promote the development, making great efforts in cultivating and supporting the development of the leading enterprises, financing from multiple channels, doing a good job in the network construction for technical services, etc.
