摘要
阐述了工程施工前安全管理工作的重要性以及需要做的几方面工作，从高处坠落、机械设备两方面论述了施工阶段安全管理应控制的内容，并提出了事后阶段的安全控制经验，以消除工程安全隐患。
The importance of safety management work before construction as well as concrete jobs are elaborated. From two aspects： prevention of high-altitude drop and mechanical equipment the content of safety management in construction stage are discussed; at the same time experience is proposed for post-action control in order to eliminate hidden dangers.
