从建立公司标准体系的目的、组成形式入手，重点对标准体系表的结构进行了说明分析；提出了建立以技术标准为主体，以管理标准为支撑，以工作标准为保障的公司标准化体系，实现公司生产经营、企业管理的最佳秩序和最佳效益。
