国际工程承包项目风险管理框架的完善初探

The improvement on the manageanent framework of risk in international engineering

以系统工程、风险管理的相关理论为指导，在分析传统的风险管理框架的基础上，增加了风险后评价阶段，形成新的风险管理框架，同时对风险后评价反馈机制的建立提出了初步的建议。

This thesis analyzes the frame of risk management with theory of system engineering and risk management. And add the phase of post-evaluation to the traditional one and get the new one. Moreover, some advice has been proposed in establishing feedback mechanism of risk management.
