摘要
分析了工程签证的重要性，论述了现行工程建设中工程签证存在的问题，强调了工程签证应注意的问题，探讨了工程签证处理的原则，以控制工程签证价款，从而有效控制工程造价。
Based upon analysis of the importance of engineering visa the problems existed in engineering visa in present building works are discussed as well as problems deserving attention; at the same time corresponding treatment principles are proposed in order to normalize engineering visa and realize efficient control of engineering east.
