摘要
介绍了日本关于强风作用下列车行车安全问题及对策，从工程措施、列车运行管制管理两方面论述了解决行车安全问题的方法，研究了风障对线路上及大桥上行车安全的作用效果，为线路和桥梁结构抗风设计提供参考。
In this paper, the the safety on train operation and measures are discussed. Three methods including engineering measures, operation regulaton are introduced to solve train safety problem. The Effect of wind barrier on line and major bridge is studied. The results can provided reference for structure wind-resistence design.
