介绍了组件式地理信息系统的基本概念及其功能特点，并且论述了组件式地理信息系统的设计和开发，对于发展我国GIS产业具有重要意义。
This paper introduces the basic concept and features of COMGIS（component geographic information system）. Meanwhile, the design and developing of COMGIS is also discussed, which is significant to promote the development of GIS industry in our country.
