心理行为干预合用中药治疗更年期综合征疗效的对照研究

A comparative study of curative effects on climacteric syndrome treated by psychobehavioral intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine

目的探讨心理行为干预对中药治疗女性更年期综合征疗效的影响。方法对50岁以下的女性更年期综合征患者,按登记顺序单号为研究组35例、双号为对照组34例。入组后首先对每个患者进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)、家庭亲密度和适应性量表(FACESⅡ-CV),两组均给予中成药知柏地黄丸、归脾丸治疗,研究组另外给予行为干预,半年后两组重复上述量表测评。结果研究组总有效率为88.57%,显效率为51.43%;对照组总有效率为79.41%,显效率为26.47%;症状自评量表中两组均能显著改善患者的躯体化症状和强迫症状,治疗后研究组忧郁、焦虑评分较对照组有显著性改善;治疗后研究组实际亲密度、实际适应性与入组时比较均有显著性增高,与对照组治疗后比较亦有显著性增高。结论心理行为干预确能显著增强中成药知柏地黄丸、归脾丸治疗更年期综合征的疗效,尤其是在改善女性更年期患者的忧郁、焦虑等心理状况、提高家庭亲密度和适应性等方面有独特作用。

Objective To study the improvemental effects of psychobehavioral intervention in patients with climacteric syndrome treated by traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Patients with climacteric syndrome and age below 50 years old were divided into study group （35 cases） and control group （34 cases） by the register number （single number as study group and double number as control group）. Both group were treated by zhi-baidi-huang pill and gui-pi pill, and in the meanwhile, study group was added the treatment of psychobehavioral intervention. SCL-90 and FACES Ⅱ -CV were measured before treatment and after treatment for 6 months in each group. Results After treatment, the general effective rate and obvious-effective rate were 88.57 % and 51.43% in study group, and 79.41% and 26.47% in control group. There existed significant difference of obvious-effective rate between study group and control group. The somatic symptom and compulsive sympotom improved in both groups. After treatment, the score of depression and anxiety were lower in study group than that in control group ; the family intimating and the actual adaptation improved in study group after treatment compared with that before treatment and that in cotrol group after treatment. Conclusion The psychobehavioral intervention can obviously improve the treatmental effects of patients with climacteric syndrome treated by zhi-bai-di-huang pill and gui-pi pill, especially in the symptoms of depression, anxiety, family intimating and actual adaptation.
