针药结合治疗高血压病临床疗效观察与护理

Effect observation and nursing of combing needle and medicine in treating hypertension

目的介绍针药结合治疗高血压病的临床疗效观察与护理,并与单纯药物治疗组相对照。方法将75例患者按入院先后顺序随机分为2组:针刺加药物组(治疗组)45例及药物组(对照组)30例,观察治疗前后血压的变化情况及有效率。结果治疗组与对照组高血压患者的血压均明显降低(P<0.01),治疗组降低血压的幅度较对照组大(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为95.6%,对照组有效率为80.0%(P<0.05)。结论针药结合对治疗高血压病有协同作用。

Objective To introduce the effect observation and nursing of combing needle and medicine in treating hypertension and compare the effect with medicine therapy. Methods 75 patients were divided into two groups according to their order of hospitalization, treatment group （combing needle and medicine, 45 cases） and control group（ medicine therapy only, 30 cases）, Blood pressure and effective rate of two groups were observed before and after the treatment. Results Blood pressure of two groups was decreased obviously （P 〈 0. 01）. The decrease range of blood pressure of treatment group was more obviously than that of control group （P 〈 0. 05）. The effect rate of treatment group was 95.6% and that of control group was 80. 0% （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Combing needle and medicine has cooperative function in treating hypertension.
