Nursing experience of using acetazolamide in brain perfusion for SPECT

目的探讨乙酰唑胺负荷脑血流灌注显像的护理措施。方法制定和实施乙酰唑胺负荷脑血流灌注显像的护理措施。结果提高护理人员的基本素质;做好患者的心理护理和乙酰唑胺负荷脑血流灌注显像中的护理是关键性的护理措施。结论高质量的护理对于安全和有效地开展乙酰唑胺负荷脑血流灌注显像有重要的临床意义。

Objective To explore the nursing experience of using acetazolamide in brain perfusion for single photon emission computed tomography （SPECT）. Methods Nursing methods of using acetazolamide in brain perfusion SPECT were drawn up and practiced. Results The key nursing methods were to promote nurses＇ fundamental diathesis, to carry out mental care for the patients and the nursing during acetazolamide stress brain perfusion SPECT. Conclusions High quality nursing is important for using acetazolamide in brain perfusion for SPECT safe and effectively.
