摘要
纳米抗菌非织造布已经开始应用于医用卫生材料和服装等领域,而对于纳米抗菌复合材料的透气性能和吸液性能却鲜有报道。文章介绍了采用纳米抗菌材料生产高吸水性、高透气性水刺非织造布的方法与工艺,并通过试验结果证明了采用纳米抗菌材料的生产方法优于采用抗菌剂的生产方法。
Antibacterial nonwoven fabric based on nanometer technology has been widely used in medical & hygienic and clothing applications, while studies on air-permeability and water absorbency of nonwoven composites are rarely reported. The article introduces the method and process for producing high air-permeable, high moisture-absorbent spunlaced nonwoven fabric treated with nanometer antibacterial material. The method is tested and tried and the results show that the production method based on nanometer antibacterial material is better than the method based on antibacterial agent.
