摘要 针对自密实轻骨料混凝土(SCLC)与普通混凝土耐久性能的不同,对LC30、LC40和LC50 SCLC与同强度等级普通混凝土,采用混凝土耐久性能试验方法,研究了SCLC的抗冻融、抗渗、抗碳化、干缩变形等耐久性能指标.试验结果表明,用预吸水24 h轻骨料配制的SCLC抗冻性能要差于用未吸水轻骨料配制的SCLC,但仍能满足规范要求;SCLC的抗渗性能和抗碳化能力要优于普通混凝土,但其在自然条件下的干缩值要大于普通混凝土. Directing against durability differences between self-compacting lightweight aggregates concrete (SCLC) and ordinary performance concrete, combining with SCLC whose strength grades are LC30, LC40 and LC50 and ordinary performance concrete with the same strength grades, and adopting ordinary testing ways in durability of ordinary performance concrete, the durability indexes such as frost and thaw, permeability resistance, carbonization and dry shrinkage are studied. The results show that the anti-frost and thaw property of SCLC with sopping lightweight aggregates is worse than that of SCLC with non-sopping ones, but it can meet the requests of the criterion. The properties of SCLC, such as anti-carbonization, permeability resistance, are better than those of ordinary performance concrete, but its dry shrinkages value will be bigger than that of ordinary performance concrete in the natural surroundings.
