根据型号研制项目的阶段划分以及风险控制有关理论确立了项目阶段风险控制系统,并对构建阶段风险控制之间有效衔接体制提出了自己的思路和见解。同时深入探讨了单阶段和阶段间风险控制效果的反馈和调整过程,从而构成了一个完整的项目风险控制体系。
The article establishes project stage risk control system according to stage of military defence project and relevant theories ,author puts forward own idea at which valid connected system is constructed between stage risk control system, The article goes deep into process of feedback and modulability of single stage risk control effect and multistage risk control effect, accordingly, the paper forms a whole project risk control system.
