摘要
客户流失已成为目前很多企业的关注问题,如果失去一个老客户带来巨大损失,企业需要再开发十多个新客户才能予以弥补。因此,结合实际对企业客户流失原因进行分析,从实施和做好全面质量营销、增加“顾客让渡价值”、增进与客户的沟通、加大市场监督力度、建立投拆和建议制度等方面探讨针对性的对策。
An old customer hot will bring about great loss which has been the problem following with interest at the present in enterprise and it can be made up for more than ten newly developed customers. By means of cause analysis combined with actuality, implementing and doing well complete quality sales, offering interest to customers and colluding with customers, increasing market supervisory force, to establish report and suggestion system etc. Countermeasures are discussed.
