摘要
研究了某重型专用车复合材料车架动态特性.建立了复合材料车架模态计算模型,并对其进行了模态分析,获得了固有频率和振型.并对原钢制材料车架进行了对比分析。分析研究结果表明,用复合材料替代钢材制造车架完全可行,轻量化效果明显。
This paper studied dynamic characteristic of composite frame of special heavy-dutu truck, built the calculation model. We did modal analysis on the model and obtained the inherent frequency and vibration shape. According to the contrast analysis on the steel frame, we draw conclusion that it is feasible to use comosite material instead of steel and the effect of lighten weight is obvious.
