暨南大学488名医学生抑郁状况及影响因素分析

Analysis on depression and its influence factors of 488 medical students

目的了解医学生的抑郁发生状况,探讨有关影响因素,为进行预防干预提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,对488名医学生进行抑郁状态、一般人口学状况和可能影响因素的问卷调查。资料采用SPSS 11.5统计软件进行分析。结果488名医学生的抑郁发生率为79.9%(390/488)。年级、生源地、失恋等因素与大学生抑郁情绪密切相关。高年级学生较低年级学生发生抑郁的危险性高,大学四年级以上学生发生抑郁的危险性产生比大学一年级学生高3.394倍(OR=3.394,P=0.000);大陆学生较港澳台学生产生抑郁情绪的危险性高(OR=0.622,P=0.069);失恋的学生比没有失恋过的学生发生抑郁的危险性高(OR=2.366,P=0.009)。结论应重视大学生的精神心理卫生保健工作,加强心理健康教育和咨询服务,提高大学生心理健康水平。

Objective To study the depression and the influence factors, and to provide basis for psychological counseling and interventions. Methods About 488 medical students were chosen by cluster sampling method. They were surveyed by using an administered questionnaire. Data were analyzed by spss 11.5. Results The prevalence of depression was 80.6 %.Multiple analyses result showed that the influence factors were grade, place of origin, be disappointed in a love affair. The risk of senior students was higher than that of junior students, The risk of the grade frour students was three point four times than that of the grade one students（ OR = 3.394, P=0.000 ） ; The risk of inland students was higher than that of foreign students（ OR = 0.622, P =0.069） ;The students who ever be disappointed in a love affair were high-risk than who never experiences that （ OR =2.366, P=0.009）. Conclusion High incidence of depression exists among undergraduates. Some efficient interventions should be taken as prevention.
