广东省高校大学生吸烟行为调查

Prevalence survey on smoking habit among undergraduate students of Guangdong province

目的了解广东省高校大学生的吸烟现况,探讨吸烟行为的影响因素。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对参加广东省第17个世界无烟日宣传活动的某2所高校350名在校大学生进行问卷调查,并进行t检验、χ2检验和Logistic回归分析。结果调查大学生中平均吸烟率12.03%,男生15.97%,女生8.16%;不同学校、不同性别、不同来源地区大学生吸烟率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);吸烟大学生对吸烟有害、影响经济收入以及烟草中含有毒性物质尼古丁等认识和知识普遍存在不足(P<0.05),其中85.7%的大学生在高中前已有吸烟史,42.9%的大学生希望现在戒烟;吸烟者的吸烟行为受身边同学和父母亲的影响比较大;吸烟原因依次为提神醒脑、解闷消愁、空闲消遣、交际应酬、模仿好奇;大学生是否吸烟与其月均花费存在相关关系(rs=0.277 7,P=0.000 1)。结论广东省高校大学生吸烟率较成年人为低,但吸烟行为的影响因素比较多,在大学生中积极开展深入有效的健康教育和行为干预措施具有重要意义。

Objective To understand smoking behaviors and influential factors among college students in Guangdong province. Methods A cluster sampling of 350 college students who participated in Propaganda activity on World＇s No Smoking Day were investigated by cigarette smoking questionnaire. Statistics analysis were performed by using t test, χ^2 test, logistic regression analysis. Results about 12.03%college students smoked （male：15.97%and female：8.16%）.There were significant differences in the smoking rate among college students from different schools, different gender and different district.College students had universally insufficient knowledge about smoking, which including soking did harm to health, smoking influenced economical imcome and poisonous component such as nicotine. 85.7 % college sutdents became to smoke before senior high school, 42.9 % smoker wanted to get rid of it. Smoking behavior was greatly influenced by peer companions and parets. The major risk factors that contributed to smoking behavior were refreshing, getting rid of depression, leisure and pastime, communication and commerce, imitation and curiosity. The smoking proportion in college students were positively correlated to personal average monty expenditure （ rs=0.2777, P=0.0001 ）. Conclusion The rate of smoking in college students was lower than that of the adults＇. It was affected by multiple factors, so effective health education and interventions shoule be implemented.
