山葡萄多酚对血管内皮细胞损伤的保护作用 被引量:18

摘要 目的研究山葡萄多酚对血管内皮细胞损伤的保护作用。方法用过氧化氢诱导血管内皮细胞损伤,采用四甲基偶氮噻唑蓝比色法检测山葡萄多酚对细胞增殖的影响,放射免疫法检测其对内皮素(ET-1)及前列环素(PGI2)释放的影响。结果过氧化氢对血管内皮细胞具有损伤作用。山葡萄多酚不同剂量抗过氧化氢引起的血管内皮细胞增殖抑制、LDH渗漏、PGI2释放减少和ET-1释放增加。结论山葡萄多酚具有保护血管内皮细胞作用。 Objective rio evaluate the effects of the polyphenols of Vitis amurensis Rupr on injured vascular endothelium ceils. Methods The experiment were performed in culture of H202 - induced human umbilical vein endothelium celI(ECV)in vitro. Cell viability was assessed by MTT assay. Radioimmunoassay was used to assess the released level of endothelin - 1(ET - 1 ) and prostacyclin (PGI2). Results H202 inhibited the ECV proliferation. Pre - incubation of ECV with the polyphenols of Vitis amurensis Rupr before I-I202 exposure significantly increased the cell viability, the polyphenols of Vitis amurensis Rupr reduced LDH, ET - 1 and increased the level of PGI2 in H202 - induced ECV. Conclusion The polyphenols of Vitis amurensis Rupr can produce the protective action on injured ECV.
