深圳市流动人口性病患者行为调查

Survey on behaviors of STD patients among floating population in Shenzhen city

目的了解深圳市流动人口性病患者的求医行为、性行为及性病相关知识水平.方法2005年5～6月对深圳市10家医疗机构门诊200例性病患者进行问卷调查.结果流动人口性病患者中年龄21～30岁占64%,非婚同居占73%,初中文化以下占71%,月收入1500元以下占53%;有症状就诊率占26%,首诊选正规医院占41%,非婚性接触传染占85%,多性伴数占62%,近3个月每次用安全套占26%;性伴不知情占43%,性伴接受检测占46%,接受治疗占21%;性病相关知识知晓率占12%.与常住人口性病患者比较,差异有统计学意义,P＜0.05.结论流动人口性病患者的求医行为需要引导和促进,提倡安全的性行为,加强性病门诊的外展服务.

Objective To understand health care - seeking behaviors, sexual behaviors and sexually transmitted disease（STD） related knowledge level among STD patients of floating population in Shenzhen. Methods A total of 200 patients from an STD clinic of 10 medical institutions were investigated with questionnaires from May to June 2005. Results Among those surveyed STD patients of floating population, 64 % were between 21 and 30 years old, 73 % were cohabit without martied, 71% were under junior middle school, 53 % were incomes monthly under 1500 yuans, 26 % sought for health cares after STD symptoms appeared, 41% select first the regular hospital, 85 % had sexual contagion without married, 62 % had multiple sexual partners, condoms were used in 26 % within 3 months; 43 % of their sexual partners were not inform of poasible infection, only 46 % accepted to test and 21% to treat; 12 % of the study significant difference in local population. Conclusion STD patients of floating population should be counseled and encouraged for timely health care - seeking. Safety sexual behaviors and extending service of STD clinic should be strongthened.
