艾叶粗提物体外杀螨作用的实验研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的探索艾叶粗提物对人体毛囊蠕形螨的体外杀螨效果。方法采用透明胶带粘贴法自受检者面部获取毛囊蠕形螨,按批随机编号,随机分为醇提物、水提物及对照组,分别于4、8和12 h观察虫体死亡情况。结果3种醇提艾叶粗提物中,60%醇提物4、8和12 h杀螨率普遍高于70%醇提物和80%醇提物;60%醇提物的4种浓度中,2 mg/ml醇提物杀螨率与3 mg/ml醇提物间差异无统计学意义(P>0.01),但2 mg/ml醇提物杀螨率优于1和0.5 mg/ml醇提物,且杀螨率均在72.12%以上。对比观察艾叶、百部醇提物与水提物的杀螨率,艾叶均显著高于百部;艾叶醇提物杀螨率明显高于水提物。结论艾叶醇提物和艾叶水提物均有明显的杀螨作用,且前者优于后者;醇提艾叶采用60%乙醇提取,杀螨浓度以2 mg/ml效果最佳;艾叶粗提物的杀螨效果优于百部。 Objective To explore the effect of Folium artemisiae argyi crude extract in killing Demodex in vitro. Methods The mites were collected with adhesive cellophane tape and were randomly divided into alcoholic extract groups, water extract groups and control groups. The mites were observed in 4 h, 8 h and 12 h respectively. Results Among the three different alcoholic extract groups, the death rate of Demodex folliculorum in 60% alcoholic extract group was higher than 70% and 80% alcoholic extract group in 4 h, 8 h and 12 h, respectively. Among the four concentrations of 60% alcoholic extract group, there were no significant difference between 2 mg/ml and 3 mg/ml alcoholic extract of Folium artemisiae argyi. But the effect of killing Demodex of 2 mg/ml alcoholic extract was better than that of 1 mg/ml and 0.5 mg/ml, and the death rate of the four concentration groups were all above 72.12 %. With the laboratorial test confirmed, we demonstrated that the effect of killing Dernodex of Foliurn arternisiae argyi was superior to the Stemona Root and the effect of killing Dernodex in alcoholic extract groups of Foliurn arternisiae argyi was better than that of water extract groups. Conclusion Both the alcoholic extract groups and water extract groups of Foliurn arternisiae argyi have the effect on Dernodex in vitro, and the former is better than the latter. In the groups of alcoholic extract of Folium artemisiae argyi, it's the 2 mg/ml of 60% alcoholic extract group the most effective. The effect of Folium artemisiae argyi crude extract in killing Demodex in vitro is superior to Stemona Root.
