Study on the Biological Characteristics of Ctenocephalides felis felis

目的了解猫栉首蚤指名亚种的生物学特性,为蚤类的防制提供基础资料.方法在恒温恒湿条件下,用小白鼠供血,采用成幼分养的方法进行饲养观察.结果在温度（23±1）℃,相对湿度（85±5）%条件下,由卵到成虫的哪发育时间为24.80（18～29）d.每只雌蚤一生平均产卵778.90粒,日均产卵5.67粒,繁殖力为2.57.饥饿蚤平均存活时间为18.10（12～24）d,正常饲养蚤平均存活时间为122.73（33～255）d.结论猫栉首蚤的生长发育周期短,成虫寿命长,繁殖力强.

Objective To study the biological characteristics of Ctenocephalides .fells fells, and to offer basic data for prevention and control of the fleas. Methods Rearing adult with mice blood and larvae with artificial diet under the conditions of constant temperature and humidity, separatively. Results At （23±1 ）℃, relative humidity （85 ± 5） %, the metamorphic period was 24.80 （18-29） days. It laid 778.90 eggs/♀, and laid 5.67 eggs/（ ♀·d）. The reproductive capacity was 2.57. Lifespan of the fleas is 18.10 （12-24）days for starved infancy, and 122.73 （33L255）days for adults of blood-sucking. Conclusion Metamorphic period of Ctenocephalides fells fells is short, life of the adult is long, and the reproductive capacity is strong.
