介绍了CTI技术在某市12319城建呼叫中心设计中的应用。根据该市的实际状况,建设12319城建呼叫中心系统可以作为连接城市建设系统和各级政府部门与广大市民之间架起的一座桥梁,将为提升政府形象并为广大市民排忧解难起到重要作用。
The paper introduces the application of CTI technology for the design of 12319 calling center in urban construction of somewhat city, The above calling center may be set up as a bridge to connect the urban construction units and governmental departments of all levels with extensive citizens, and it will play a great role in increasing the government visualize and excluding the difficulty and anxiety for citizens.
