摘要
提出了用单CCⅡ+实现电流模式双二阶滤波器,采用三输入单输出(TISO)结构,滤波器的有源部分用低电源低功耗的CMOS CCⅡ+实现。所得的电流模式二阶滤波器具有结构简单,能实现单输出低通、带通、高通电流模式滤波,不仅所有无源和有源灵敏度都很低,而且当无源参数确定后,有源参数α,β对极点频率w0不产生任何影响,w0保持恒定。电路的整体功耗不超过80μW。
The paper presents the realization of eurrent-mode second-order filter using CCⅡ+. It will generate second-order lowpass, high-pass, band-pass, filtering functions by using TISO structure and low power CMOS CC Ⅱ +. Also, it diseusses the sensitivity of filter; finishes the simulation of practical electric circuits that consist of MOS circuit. The proposed circuits have only simple structure, low passive and source sensitivity, but also source parameter has nothing to do with the pole frequency and circuit has a power dissipation of 80μW.
