摘要
设计了专用于电动手枪钻的圆柱密封镉镍蓄电池.详述了正负极板、电解液、电池零部件的设计思路及工艺参数.按该设计制出的样品,尺寸为(?)22.0mm,高 42.4mm;0.2C放电容量 1480mAh;12A放电至0.9V的放电时间5.4min;1.2A充电1.75h不漏碱,不气胀;400mA充电24h不漏碱,不气胀.完全达到了设计要求.
The design philosophy of sealed Ni-Cd cylindrical rechargeable cells for use in power-driven pistol drills are outlined. The technological parameters of cell components including positive and negative plates, electrolyte, and assembly parts are introduced. The performances of prototype (22 X 42. 4mm)with capacity of 1480 mAh at 0. 2C rated discharge and 5. 4min at 12A discharge to 0. 9V end were satisfied with design demands. No leakage or expansion were observed with 1. 2A charge for 1. 75h or 400mA charge for 24h.
