摘要
通过引入环氧树脂(EP)、内交联剂三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)和小分子扩链剂1,4-丁二醇(BDO)等,进行乳液共聚等手段,达到对聚氨酯结构的交联改性.讨论了加入环氧树脂的种类及用量,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、乙二胺(EDA)的用量等因素对乳液性能的影响.得出合理的配方及适宜的反应条件.当E-44质量分数6.0%左右,DMPA加入量7.0%~8.0%,EDA用量1.0%,中和度90%~100%时,乳液性能较优.
The crosslink performances of water-borne polyurethane were wodified by means of emulsion copolymerization with introducing epoxy resin, inter-crosslinker TMP and small molecule chain extender BDO, etc. The infection of various factors such as the kind of epoxy resin and the dosage of epoxy resin, DMPA, TMP and EDA, on emulsion was discussed. Thus rational formula and proper reaction condition were obtained. When the amount of E-44 is 6.0 %, the volume of DMPA mixture is 7.0 % - 8.0 %, the content of EDA is 1.0% and the neutralized degree is 90% -100%, the performance of emulsion is optimum.
