管式正极汽车蓄电池的试制

摘要 试制了管式正极起动型(QG型)汽车蓄电池,正极板用内径4.9mm的细玻璃纤维管制成.负极铅膏中碱木素与铅粉比为1.2%容量较好.电液密度为1.300时低温性能较好.生产成本较涂膏式正极起动型(Q型)电池高20%~40%,但因寿命较长,实际效益较好.QG型电池有良好的低温性能和高容量,对牵引动力型电池特别是电动汽车电池的研制有参考价值. The QG type lead acid starter battery with tubular positive plates which is made from 4. 9mm fiberglass sheaths has been tested and the technology aspects are proposed. The tests show that the content of lignin of 1.2% as negative additive is suitable for discharge capacity and d = 1. 300 electrolyte is best for low temperature discharge. The cost of QG type battery is 20%-40% higher than that of conventional pasted one,but it can compensate by the long life. The QG type battery could also be used in tractive services with relation to its excellent performance in low temperature and long operating life.
