太原第二热电厂空冷机组循环冷却水化学工况的研究

摘要 本文通过实验室动态模拟试验,筛选出适用于黄铜管凝汽器、碳钢散热器间接空冷系统循环冷却水的化学工况及水质控制指标。通过长期动态模拟实验,研究了黄铜、碳钢在选定的水化学工况下的腐蚀行为和腐蚀产物的形态及其对黄铜、碳钢腐蚀行为的影响,并测定了它们的稳定腐蚀速率。 Through laboratory dynamic modelling the circulating water chemistry and water quality control creteria have been screened for the indirect dry cooling system with brass tube condenser and carbon steel heat exchangers.With the long time dynamic modelling,the following items have been studied:Corrosion behaviours of brass and carbon steel in the selected water chemistry, the forms of corrosion products and their effects on the corrosion behaviours of brass and carbon steel.Meanwhile the stable corrosion rate was measured.
